Before Bali Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the Before Bali Competition is Ardross Group of Companies whose registered office is at Level 33, QV1, 250 St Georges Terrace Perth WA 6000.
2. Prize Vendors include Jurien Bay Tourist Park, Caltex Jurien Bay, Jurien Bay Adventure Tours, Family Affair Café in Jurien Bay, Lobster Shack in Cervantes and Sandpiper Tavern & Pizzeria in Jurien Bay.
3. The Competition is open from 12pm Wednesday 4th January 2017 to 11.59pm on Tuesday 31^st January 2017 with the winner being announced on Facebook on Wednesday 1^st February 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. One winner will be determined based on entry form submissions.
6. The Prize valued at $2,000 includes:
   1. Seven nights accommodation in a Deluxe Cabin for 4 people (1 Queen bed, 2 singles) at Jurien Bay Tourist Park – school holidays and public holidays excluded
   2. A Caltex StarCash card valued at $50 redeemable at Caltex Jurien Bay
   3. A Tour Package for four people to the value of $200 plus $100 equipment hire redeemable at Jurien Bay Adventure Tours
   4. Breakfast for four people (including beverages) at Family Affair Café in Jurien Bay
   5. Lunch for four people at Lobster Shack in Cervantes – drinks excluded
   6. Dinner for four people (including entrée and main course) at the Sandpiper Tavern & Pizzeria in Jurien Bay – drinks excluded
7. The Prize will be rewarded to the winner in the form of vouchers and must be used in within one year.
8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Vendors reserve the right to impose their own terms and conditions on voucher in addition to these terms and conditions.
9. Details from each Entry Form including photos may be shared on the Jurien Bay Time Facebook and Instagram pages and this website.
10. Footage, including video and photos, may be taken by vendors at the time of the vouchers being redeemed (i.e. footage of experience with Jurien Bay Adventure Tours and/or dinner at Sandpiper Tavern & Pizzeria). This footage may be used as promotional material on Facebook/Instagram and related websites including vendors’ websites.
11. Employees of Ardross Group of Companies and the Vendors, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
12. People entering must be 18 years or over to enter.
13. People entering must reside in Western Australia and be able to pick up the prize from Ardross Group of Companies.
14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
